Please be advised that an additional fee of a minimum of $55 will be invoiced in the event that an agent or homeowner impedes, hinders or otherwise interferes with this vital work. It is best if the homeowner(s) are NOT PRESENT for the duration of the shoot, as mistakes can happen when the "flow" of the process is interrupted or necessarily modified in order to avoid moving objects, conversations between client and agent within the shooting space, items being moved around in front of the camera, paperwork and phones left in the line of view, roaming pets, etc. Please also allow extra time for media production in order to accommodate traffic issues, potential overlaps with other service providers (ie: inspections, house cleaning, painting). Appointment times are honored as much as possible, but *that can and will vary* depending on the size of your listing and the other shoots and their associated travel times.
